Important Policies
1. Refund
 The first $150 of the registration fee is a non-refundable administration fee. This fee is due at registration for all
programs.
 Refunds may be given to any player who is cut from any Wildcats team, less any applicable registration, obligatory
or outstanding fees or dues.
 Refunds, less any incurred cost, will be given to any player who has to quit due to medical reasons, and who
provides a doctor’s note explaining said reason, prior to the start of league play.
 Any player who quits or leaves their team FOR ANY REASON prior to the start of league play will be given a refund
minus a $150 administration fee.
 Any player off their team FOR ANY REASON after the start of league play will not be entitled to a refund.
 No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances until a person’s full payment has cleared the bank.
 No refunds shall be issued until the Registrar confirms that all club equipment / property has been duly returned.
 All refund requests must be reviewed and approved by the Executive of the club.

2. Playing Time & Fees
 All fees charged by MTW are required to operate the program and are in no way related to a players playing
time.
 Registrants are not entitled to a refund based on playing time considerations.
 Playing time can be reduced if fees are not in good standing.

3. Equipment Deposit & Return
 “Equipment” means any MTW property issued player equipment or uniform
 An $80 equipment deposit is required before equipment can be issued.
 All MTW property must be returned within 7 days following the last game played by the player.
 Because all players are required to wear at least an MTW helmet and uniform, registrants bringing their own
equipment will still pay the ED.
 The ED will NOT be refunded unless the full registration fee is paid in full by the member.
 The ED will NOT be returned until all MTW property is verified as returned.
 The amount of the ED will be reduced at the discretion of MTW if MTW property is not returned within 7 days
following the last game played.
 The ED can be rolled over to the following season at the request of the registrant.

4. Outstanding Accounts
 Any outstanding fees from previous seasons will be rolled over and applied to the current season.
